CANNES YACHTING FESTIVAL
Finally, after more than a year since the first ideas, we have our first chance to see and feel our potential new home. Our expectations are high, because all the well-known manufacturers are on site. And also almost all ships that fell into our first selection.
In the meantime we had at least a few key points as far as the must have features of our yacht were concerned. Here are the most important:
Safety - our very first priority
Lots of space - after all, we want to live on the boat
Good light wind performance - usually that means a light boat with narrow hulls
In advance, we had already registered for "guided" tours with several manufacturers. On the one hand for ships that come into question for us and on the other hand also for yachts that are well outside of our budget, but still valuable for a comparison and classification of what the others offer.
